The Shanghai Sphere 2046 is one such vehicle concept that addresses the challenges of this future scenario and presents a solution for person mobility in the form of a sphere. Methods of caring for patio furniture will vary depending on what material the furniture is made from. Here is a quick list to help you care for your furniture, regardless of the style.

Metal will rust, so it should be checked on an annual basis. Start by cleaning it with soapy water and then rinsing it off with the garden hose. Inspect it for areas that are free of paint or are starting to rust. Rust should be cleaned away with a stiff brush before the area is treated with a rust converter. The paint can then be touched up to match the rest of the piece.

Wood furniture is beautiful, but it does require regular maintenance.

When I opened my copy of Fisher’s Seeds catalog, I felt like I was taking a step back in time. And in a way I was.I ordered my catalog months ago by sending $2 through the U.S. mail with a promise the catalog would be sent when it was ready in January.The catalog has the same down-to-earth feel as the heirloom vegetable seeds it features on its black and white pages. It feels like Christmas has come early at our house. I’ve been given an apple press, and am juicing this year’s bumper crop of fruit. The kids and I are pushing barrows of apples, from our mini orchard to the kitchen.
